Fulfillment Policy for UPMAXNOW

This Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) governs all orders and payments for digital‐marketing services purchased through upmaxnow.com (the “Site”). UPMAXNOW LLC (“Company,” “we” or “us”) provides services to you (the “Client,” “you” or “your”) under these terms.

1. Definitions

  • Services: Digital‐marketing, AI‐automation, web‐development, ad‐campaign, SEO, social‐media, consulting, or related services purchased via the Site.
  • Contract: The written or electronic agreement signed by both Client and Company specifying Services, scope, fees, and delivery schedule.

2. Fulfillment Policy

Client satisfaction is our priority. This Policy explains how we deliver Services and the limited circumstances under which we issue refunds or credits. All fees are billed in U.S. Dollars.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Digital Delivery: Deliverables shared via email, client portal, shared drives, or virtual meetings as set in your Contract.
  • Timelines: Milestones in your Contract are target dates; we’ll use commercially reasonable efforts but aren’t liable for delays due to Client feedback lapses or third‐party dependencies.

4. Refunds

Refunds or service credits may be issued only if:
  1. You’ve paid in full under a Contract; and
  2. No Services have been performed during the Contract term.

5. Exceptions (No Refunds)

No refunds or credits if:
  • You change your mind after work begins.
  • You were informed of any limitations before signing.
  • You don’t use or implement delivered work.
  • You request a refund more than 7 days after final delivery.

6. Return Policy

All Services are non‐returnable. Refunds, where allowed above, are governed by Sections 4 & 5.

7. Cancellation Policy

Once a Contract is signed by both parties, Client cancellations aren’t permitted, except by mutual written agreement.

8. Project Abandonment

If you become unresponsive for 30 days after requests for feedback, we may suspend work, declare the project abandoned, and reduce any refund to zero.

9. Administrative Fee

All refunds are subject to up to a 7% administrative fee of the Contract value.

10. How to Make a Complaint

Submit your refund request within 7 days of final delivery, including:
  • Your name and Company (if any)
  • Contract date and reference
  • Description of the issue
